Use Fable to plan, cheaper models to execute
A cost pattern worth stealing. Let the expensive frontier model do the planning and hand the grunt work to cheaper ones. Obvious in hindsight, and it quietly changes how you budget a project.

Since Fable 5 is fantastic at everything, but pricier than other models, a good setup is to have Fable act as a planner or conductor for a project, where other models take on the execution.
