larger companies are slower to react due to long contracts and tough change management, but as agent-native tools mature, the cost and effort of switching will drop dramatically for them as well

some changes that i'm seeing:

**Websites:** Webflow/Framer struggled to make their tools more AI-native. Companies transfer to a headless local setup + @sanity_io or use tools like @ployai (Agentic websites). We churned Webflow at the beginning of this year - now it's so easy to run PLG experiments, programmatic SEO pages, agent-powered experiments... The speed + lvl of control is insane.. and everyone on the team is shipping code

**Enrichment:** Clay has been on red alert since January (although to their credit, they've adapted to AI faster than anyone else on this list). The first hit came from claude code, now it's native agent tools like @firecrawl that will eat their lunch (same waterfall system, enough data source, and obviously a lot more cheaper). Clay created the GTM engineer, but that same person is now getting more AI-pilled and has the lowest switching cost. Also their agency channel is being disrupted as well, these people are always on the lookout to optimize their processes and cut on costs

**Workflows:** N8N/Gumloop are still being used, but some teams just rely on good skills.md files in their personal agents or coding agents for various tasks and it's pretty reliable. Most interestingly also, is the rise of agent harnesses where you can just say "get 30% more sales this month" and let the agent figure out how (@hone is building something amazing here)

**SEO/GEO :** Tools like @openseo gain popularity (and thank god because Ahrefs has been awful lately), but every bit of written content on your website now is meant for an agent more than a human. So, many companies are optimizing their written content for GEO, and creating a lot of assets like benchmarks or other social proof so that agents can build more confidence and recommend your tool. @gauge_sh is one tool I've really liked using (team is amazing too!), although I think GEO strategy matters far more than the tool right now (most of them do the same thing e.g. Airops/Profound).

**CRM:** Most companies are locked into their existing pre-AI era CRM, and they're trying to query data with coding agents. That works amazingly well (esp compared to pre-AI), but there are a lot of companies who'll try to build a more native AI-CRM and i'm excited to see how that will play out. There are lots of YC companies trying to disrupt this, one that I've seen is @lightfld

growth is becoming an engineering problem, and eng is being disrupted by AI so you do the math here - it's going to be an intense winter season for old SaaS

**Quoted @firecrawl:** Introducing headless Clay for agents.

→ Search 250M+ people & 26M+ companies

→ Get emails, job & company data

→ 1000 credits/month free

→ 88% cheaper than Clay at scale

Run all of your enrichment flows in ChatGPT, Claude, Grokbot, and beyond!
